Gratitude

I can remember a time in my life when I felt empty and dissatisfied. I felt as if my life was on repeat daily same routine. I did not endure the values of the heart or the purpose of my path. I didn’t understand faith, so how could I be thankful and show love. It wasn’t until I changed my mind set and learn how to appreciate myself and the things around me. I used to take everything personal. I felt as if the whole world was against me. Teachable moments would offend me, and I was always on the side defense. It was as if I was immune to drowning in criticism within myself and from others. Things got so bad and out of hand that I had no choice but to examine myself, look in the mirror and talk to the woman in me then I begin to realize that things that were happening, were for a cause. I started seeking and following the change for purpose, moving in the direction toward wholeness and being rich for life.

In that moment my inner heart begins to control my body, and my willingness to except my value for what I was worth. The anxiety begins to dissolve and My faith in God meant more to me than anything else. This was important and the best thing that I could have happened to me: self-actualization. It demonstrated happiness, positive emotions and good lasting experiences. I begin to thank God for life, I started walking upright and being secure in every trail and tribulation. I was no longer allowing myself to be minimized but to encourage the object of my faith.

When we become thankful, we begin to recognize the goodness of the gift of life in its entirety. It is as simple as soon as waking up and your feet touching the floor each morning with a prayer. Giving God praise for his grace and mercy, walking boldly in confidence and taking on the storms of life head on. An attitude of sincerity that developed the power of Abundance. How awesome is life in its abounding fullness of joy and strength for our mind, body and soul. Your appetite for life determines how hungry you are for freedom…. Gratitude!

Resilience

Have you ever had your heart broken? someone you loved dearly to disappoint you? your children dishonor you or you were fired from your job? The pain from an aching heart is one like no other. Your emotional reactions leave you in a state of vulnerability.
We must use the pieces of our heart which were broken and create purpose. Despite the setbacks and barriers. We must measure how much we are willing and able to overcome any obstacles, this defines our emotional strength.
There are a couple of characteristics we must maintain in order to recover from pain or sorrow: self-awareness, mindfulness, self-care, positive relationships and purpose. Being resilient develops a mental capacity to adapt to any adversity.
Everything we go through in life is not always about us. Exposure brings about experience. The only way you can sustain a permanent change is to create a new way of thinking. Resilience is important because it enables us to develop protection from fear and anxiety, which can be overwhelming, and that helps maintain balance in our lives during difficult and stressful times.
No matter how many obstacles come our way, we must endure without giving way. For God is the light that surrounds me, God love hold me, God power protects me and the presence that watches over me.

INTENTIONALITY

One of the greatest weapons of all times is your MIND. When you deliberately focus on the platform of purpose and what’s ahead you become TRANSFORMATIVE.
Being transformative, helps you attain EXPLOSURE. If you can see it, you can achieve it. Exposure dispels all myths. Do things INTENTIONALLY! Exposure brings out EXPERIENCE. Your personal experience is something no one can take from you!!!

What ever it takes!

This is not for likes, sympathy or am I shading anyone (if it hits that’s on you). But simply something I need to get off my chest!! I have raised my 3 children all alone, while raising myself. I worked, educated myself, maintained my house and kept my children active academically, spiritually and structured. I never once criticized their fathers or family members or anyone else for being absent (as I always encouraged relationships). I did what I had to. Birthdays, Christmases, road trips, graduations, sicknesses, game days, picture day, school meeting I SHOWED UP prepared and ready! There were good times and bad times. I never looked for handouts or made excuses. I used all my resources until they were exhausted. Not saying I was perfect, but I hustled! My sacrifices are sufficient, and I will not apologize for doing what I had to do!!! I never choice one because there’s always been 3!

Too solid to be moved!

I am confident in me; I depend on me. It took a lot of years figuring this thing called life out by myself while singly raising three children but through God’s grace and mercy, I know my worth, I carry it every day, my heart is full of gratitude, as I humbly pray through faith, hope and my wholeness. In my path, I’ve overcame fear, anxiety, hurt and abandonment as a weakness but now I’m structure by Gods boldness of strength, endurance, courage, and integrity.
IM TOO SOLID TO BE MOVED!

Walk in the light!

For the word of God is quick and very much “Alive”, many of us come with situations that confront us, but if we trust in the Lord before trusting self, accept his promise, while accepting his chastening and be obedient— We will be able to walk with authority in the light with the heart of God.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.
